What We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name or company name, phone number, email address, message content, and, if provided, the service you're interested in. If you opt in to our newsletter, we record that choice too.

Why We Collect It

We use this information only to review your request, respond to you, prepare a proposal, and, if you've opted in, send you occasional updates.

Legal Basis

We process your data based on your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and, where applicable, your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). Newsletter emails are sent only if you give separate, specific consent.

Who We Share It With

We share your data only with the service providers we rely on to run our website: content management, hosting, and email delivery. We share it only to the extent technically necessary, and we never sell or rent your data for marketing purposes.

Retention Period

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for 6 months afterward, after which they're deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you can ask whether we process your data, request details about it, learn its purpose, find out who we've shared it with, request correction or deletion, ask us to notify third parties of any correction, object to a decision based solely on automated processing, and claim compensation for any resulting damage.
